mental illness and promoting access to care.

to personal growth and encouraging individuals
to work towards living life wholeheartedly
are my main drivers.
I have developed a unique approach that combines
evidence-based therapies with coaching techniques to help
clients shift from surviving to thriving.
Through my clinical and corporate work, coaching, training
and advocacy, I have touched the lives of countless
individuals helping them to achieve
greater well-being, and fulfillment.
